What You’ll DoThis role combines graphic design with video editing across a wide range of digital and brand projects.Design & BrandingCreate impactful brand identities, marketing creatives, decks and digital assets.Design for social media campaigns, packaging, print media, tech assets and presentations.Video Editing & MotionEdit short-form videos like reels, ads and youtube videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.Apply transitions, sound effects, background music and more to create a entertaining viewing experience.Work collaboratively with the content and production teams to elevate visual storytelling.Creative CollaborationCoordinate with photographers, videographers, marketers and developers to deliver unified brand experiences.Convert client briefs into compelling visual outcomes.What We’re Looking ForA fresh creative with a strong design sense and storytelling ability.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro.Basic understanding of After Effects and InDesign is an advantage.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks and adapt to different brand styles.A reliable laptop/system that can run professional design software efficiently.An active Adobe Creative Cloud subscription — no pirated software.Being Mumbai-based is essential. While we offer some remote flexibility, collaboration often happens in person.A degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory if your portfolio speaks for itself.Bonus PointsPrevious agency or freelance experience.Motion graphics.Experience editing social video content like Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts.The Hiring ProcessIf shortlisted, you’ll be given a creative test to assess your design and video instincts.
