Visual Content Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading design projects, developing high-quality visuals, and ensuring brand consistency across all media. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to bring concepts to life and make a visual impact that supports business goal

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions across digital and print media.

• Lead visual direction for branding, marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and presentations

• Translate complex ideas into visually compelling graphics and layouts

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive visual messaging

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers

• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and design best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field

• 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or fast-paced in-house team

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and Figma or similar tools.

• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and print design

• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and composition

• Experience working within brand guidelines and developing new design systems

• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills

• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback

• Motion graphics or video editing experience (After Effects, Premiere Pro)

• UI/UX design experience

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS (basic understanding)Role & responsibilities
