Sr. Graphic Designer

You will be responsible for: - Designing projects for both Print and Digital media from concept creation to project completion. - Collaborating with client engagement teams, creative directors, and account managers. - Understanding business objectives and contributing strategic design ideas. - Developing a high level of understanding of brief requirements, communication strategy, and client's perspective. - Providing concepts for digital, offline, and social media campaigns. - Developing visual tone and messages for effective brand communication. - Working in a fast-paced team environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Incorporating constructive criticism into new ideas. - Designing websites, microsites, web banners, and other UI-based collateral. Qualifications and skills required: - 2-4 years of experience in a design/creative firm. - Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. - Ability to create artwork and lead a team. - Professional degree from a design school is advantageous. - Strong creative skills and a portfolio showcasing passion for illustrative design and typography. - Experience in working with various design platforms for digital and print forms. - Portfolio of work demonstrating skills.
