You are a Creative Graphic Designer who excels at strong visual storytelling, modern design sense, and transforming client briefs into impactful brand and marketing creatives. Your designs not only look great but also align with business and marketing goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understand and interpret client briefs to develop creative concepts & moodboards. - Design graphics for branding, digital campaigns, social media, and print collaterals. - Create visual identities, layouts, and marketing materials reflecting brand consistency. - Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content, web) and communicate concepts clearly. - Utilize AI-powered design tools to enhance creativity and speed up workflows. - Manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines. - Stay updated with the latest design trends, formats, and tools. **Skills & Tools:** - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). - Familiarity with Figma for UI/UX collaboration. - Knowledge of Canva for quick adaptations/templates. - Bonus: Exposure to AI design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALLE. **Who We're Looking For:** - 3 years of professional design experience (agency or brand side). - Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social, and campaign creatives. - Creative thinker with attention to detail, typography, and layout. - Good communication & presentation skills to explain ideas effectively. - Ability to adapt design styles for various industries/clients. - Self-driven, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced creative environment. - (Optional but valued) Capability to mentor junior designers.
