Sr. Graphic Designer

You have the opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Graphic Designer with the following responsibilities: - Experience in designing projects for both Print and Digital media from concept creation to project completion. - Collaborate effectively with client engagement teams, creative directors, and account managers. - Understand business objectives and contribute strategic design ideas. - Develop a deep understanding of brief requirements, communication strategy, and client's perspective for campaign execution. - Provide concepts for digital, offline, and social media campaigns. - Shape visual tone and messages for effective brand communication. - Work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Transform constructive criticism into innovative ideas. - Design websites, microsites, web banners, and other UI-based collateral. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications, experience, and skills: - 2-4 years of experience in a design/creative firm. - Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. - Ability to create artwork and lead a team. - A professional degree from a design school is advantageous. - Strong creative skills and a portfolio showcasing passion for illustrative design and typography. - Experience in various design platforms, including digital and print forms. - A portfolio of previous work.
