Job Description

We are looking for a smart and proactive Marketing Operations Executive to oversee
BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing activities and offline advertising solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for vendor management, event execution, on-ground activation s, outdoor branding, and promotional campaigns. This role demands strong negotiation skills, a go-getter attitude, and the ability to manage multiple vendors and agencies while ensuring the seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Vendor & Agency Management
Build and maintain a strong network of vendors and BTL agencies to execute
promotional campaigns across regions. Engage with vendors to gather information on offline advertising solutions and negotiate cost-effective deals. Conduct regular audits and mystery market visits to assess the quality and effectiveness of BTL campaigns.
2. BTL Activations & Event Execution
Plan and execute all BTL activities, including roadshows, exhibitions, conferences,
RWA activations, mall activations, tech park activations, and product launches. Ensure flawless execution of on-ground activations, outdoor branding, and promotional events in alignment with marketing goals. Oversee the production, fabrication, and installation of branding materials for outdoor advertising and events.
3. Campaign Planning & Budget Management
Plan and manage budgets for BTL marketing campaigns, ensuring cost-effective
execution. Monitor campaign timelines to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery of all promotional activities. Ensure all marketing deliverables meet brand guidelines and client expectations.
4. Performance Evaluation & Process Improvement
Conduct post-campaign audits and performance reviews to measure the success of
activations. Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to enhance future campaign execution and vendor relationships. Provide regular updates on campaign progress, budget utilization, and marketing insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience in BTL marketing, vendor management, and offline advertising execution is preferred. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to manage vendors and agencies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions and reporting. Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and a creative mindset. Ability to work flexibly, adapt to fast-paced environments, and travel as needed for campaign execution. Strong analytical skills to assess marketing performance and optimize strategies.
