Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

• Plan, launch, optimize, and scale performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor campaign performance, A/B test creatives, and optimize for ROAS, CPL, and conversions.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track KPIs and create weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, HubSpot, and other CRMs to track and analyze user journey and performance.

Budget Optimization

• Allocate and optimize budgets across campaigns for maximum reach and efficiency.
• Forecast performance based on past campaign data and trends.

Funnel Management

• Collaborate with the design and content team to create engaging creatives and landing pages.
• Monitor user funnel (impressions → clicks → leads → conversions) and identify drop-off points.

• Collaboration

• Work closely with the sales, branding, and product teams to align marketing goals.
• Coordinate with HR for employer branding and recruitment campaigns when required.
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing (experience in startup or tech industry is a plus)
• Proven success managing large ad budgets and achieving conversion goals
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO/SEM, and CRM tools
• Experience with lead generation campaigns, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
• Good communication and analytical skills
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in marketing for EdTech, SaaS, or service-based startups
• Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint
• Understanding of Kerala market and regional language is a plus (Malayalam)
