Job Description

We are looking for a result-driven Performance Marketer to lead and execute paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and strategic capable of turning budgets into leads, conversions, and sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities Campaign Management Plan, launch, optimize, and scale performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Monitor campaign performance, A/B test creatives, and optimize for ROAS, CPL, and conversions. Analytics & Reporting Track KPIs and create weekly/monthly performance reports. Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, HubSpot, and other CRMs to track and analyze user journey and performance. Budget Optimization Allocate and optimize budgets across campaigns for maximum reach and efficiency. Forecast performance based on past campaign data and trends. Funnel Management Collaborate with the design and content team to create engaging creatives and landing pages. Monitor user funnel (impressions → clicks → leads → conversions) and identify drop-off points. Collaboration Work closely with the sales, branding, and product teams to align marketing goals. Coordinate with HR for employer branding and recruitment campaigns when required. Requirements 2+ years of experience in performance marketing (experience in startup or tech industry is a plus) Proven success managing large ad budgets and achieving conversion goals Strong knowledge of digital platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO/SEM, and CRM tools Experience with lead generation campaigns, retargeting, and lookalike audiences Good communication and analytical skills A proactive mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in marketing for EdTech, SaaS, or service-based startups Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Understanding of Kerala market and regional language is a plus (Malayalam) What You’ll Get Opportunity to work across 140+ startups under the Talrop ecosystem Be part of Kerala’s first real Silicon Valley mission Freedom to experiment, innovate, and lead with data Fast career growth with learning opportunities from industry experts A dynamic team and work culture focused on performance & impact
