Job Overview


We are looking for a Performance Marketer to drive both organic and paid social media initiatives with a strong focus on LinkedIn. The role involves planning campaigns, creating content, running paid ads, and engaging with our audience to increase brand visibility, lead generation, and ROI. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to align efforts with overall business goals.

·        Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to align campaigns with business objectives

ROI and CPL

·        Monitor and analyze paid campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions, etc.) to continuously improve performance

·        Stay updated with social media and paid advertising trends, tools, and best practices

·        Create, curate, and manage platform-specific content across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook

·        Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions

·        Maintain a consistent brand tone and voice across all platforms


Required Skills and Qualifications


·        3+ years of experience in social media and/or performance marketing roles

expertise in LinkedIn marketing is a must

·        Proven experience running paid campaigns with measurable results (especially on LinkedIn and Meta platforms)

·        Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills

LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics

Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with a creative mindset

·        Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively

·        Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
