Role Overview

Performance Marketing Executive/Sr Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Setup & Management

    • Assist in setting up and executing paid campaigns across Google Ads (App campaigns, Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
    • Manage campaign structures including targeting, ad copies, creatives, and bid strategies to maximize ROI.
    • Execute A/B testing strategies for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Optimization & Performance Tracking

    • Monitor daily budgets, impressions, clicks, and conversions to ensure campaigns are aligned to KPIs.
    • Optimize campaigns for cost efficiency (CPA, ROAS) and performance outcomes (leads, acquisitions).
    • Collaborate with the content/design/influencer teams to get desired creative output
  • Reporting & Analysis

    • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly campaign analysis reports for the marketing leadership team.
    • Provide insights on creative performance, audience behavior, channel effectiveness, and key growth opportunities.
    • Highlight challenges and suggest data-driven recommendations for campaign improvement.
  • Collaboration

    • Work closely with the creative, product, and business teams to align campaign objectives with organizational goals.
    • Support the Head of Performance Marketing in new campaign launches, budget planning, and performance reviews.
    • Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and best practices in digital marketing.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Advertising, or a related discipline.

Experience:

  • 3-6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with specific expertise in

    Google Ads and Meta Ads

    .
  • Strong exposure to paid acquisition campaigns for consumer internet, e-commerce, or app-based businesses.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Appsflyer, or Firebase.
  • Working knowledge of bid management, remarketing, dynamic ads, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.
  • Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and preparing management dashboards.
  • A proactive mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving orientation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
