  Meta (Facebook/Instagram) & Google Ads

• Drive measurable growth in revenue, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Manage budgets effectively to maximize

  ROAS and reduce CAC

• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools; create actionable reports.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams for ad strategy & execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in

  performance marketing for fashion/lifestyle brands

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager

  .
• Proven track record in achieving and scaling high

  ROAS

  .
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Creative mindset to design and test compelling ad campaigns.
