Location: Hybrid (Delhi preferred) Type: Project-based / Full-time About the Role: Weâre looking for someone who deeply understands digital growth. From Meta ads and Google campaigns to SEO and analytics, youâll drive traffic and sales for one of the most exciting swimwear brands. If youâve worked with D2C fashion or lifestyle brands and love chasing high ROAS, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Instagram, Facebook and Google Set up pixel tracking, GA4 dashboards and email flows for performance tracking Build custom audiences and manage full-funnel ad strategies Lead keyword research and basic SEO (on-page, blog, link-building support) Test and tweak creatives and landing pages with the team Monitor and report weekly metrics like ROAS, CAC, CTR and conversions Recommend experiments to improve site performance and customer acquisition What Weâre Looking For: 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital advertising and SEO Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics Proven track record of scaling D2C brands Comfortable working cross-functionally with content and design Bonus: experience in fashion, beauty or lifestyle industries
