Social Media & Content Manager – Kavsu (Full-time, Delhi) Kavsu isn’t just a swimwear label. It’s a bold, unapologetic space made for curvy Indian women who’ve been left out of the beachwear conversation. We’re building more than a brand. We’re building a voice, a vibe, a movement. And we’re looking for someone who can lead that from the frontlines of Instagram. We want someone who gets what it takes to grow a lifestyle brand online. Not just by posting daily content but by telling stories that hit home. You should be someone who can take the founder’s vision and personality and turn it into a living, breathing digital world. What you'll be doing: Build and execute Kavsu’s content strategy across Instagram, Pinterest, and Threads Create aesthetic, storytelling-driven Reels, Stories, and carousels that reflect the brand’s spirit Work closely with the founder to translate her voice and creative direction into content Curate campaign ideas, plan drops, and run pre-launch hype using visuals and community engagement Develop and manage a strong relationship with the community through DMs, reposts, and UGC Shoot and edit content using mobile tools like CapCut, VN, InShot, Adobe Rush Spot trends and create brand-relevant content from audio, visuals, and cultural shifts Monitor insights while staying true to what feels real and human What we’re looking for: Minimum 2 years experience creating or managing content in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle Sharp visual aesthetic and basic video shooting/editing skills Strong writing skills and a natural storytelling instinct Someone who deeply understands Indian women, confidence, and body-positive culture Experience in growing brand pages or building personal brands with community engagement Bonus if you’ve worked with influencers or helped lead shoots and BTS planning This role is full-time and based in Delhi.
