Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketer located in Kozhikode. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimising online performance marketing campaigns. This includes managing advertising budgets, analysing performance data, generating reports, and identifying opportunities to improve campaign efficiency. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies that drive growth and engagement. The Performance Marketer will work closely with various departments to ensure alignment with organisational goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), and social media marketing (SMM), Snapchat Ad, TikTok Ad
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms
• Strong skills in planning, implementation, and optimisation of marketing campaigns
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational or training environment
