Role Summary:
The Growth Lead will be responsible for identifying, planning, and executing high-leverage growth strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and revenue across all HACA programs. This is a cross-functional leadership role that blends data, experimentation, product thinking, marketing, and sales alignment to scale HACA's impact and brand reach.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Growth Strategy & Execution
- Build and own HACA's growth roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Drive full-funnel growth initiatives across organic, performance, partnerships, product, and community.
- Design and run rapid growth experiments and GTM strategies for new programs, formats, and geographies.

Revenue & Conversion Optimization
- Improve conversion rates across lead funnels (organic + paid).
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to reduce CAC and increase LTV.
- Own revenue forecasting, growth targets, and channel performance.
3.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Academic Ops teams.
- Integrate CRM, data, and automation tools to improve user journeys and lead quality.
- Influence content and performance marketing decisions based on growth metrics.
4.
Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Define and track key growth KPIs (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, retention, churn, ROAS).
- Use data-driven insights to drive decision-making and iterate on growth strategies.
- Build dashboards and frameworks for weekly/monthly reporting.
5.
Team Leadership & Process Building
- Hire and lead growth specialists, interns, and channel owners as needed.
- Create repeatable playbooks and SOPs for growth across regions.
- Build a high-performance culture rooted in experimentation and accountability.
