Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & ExecutionPlan, launch, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Conversion campaigns).Run Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation, retargeting, and conversions.Optimize campaigns daily to reduce CPL and maximize ROI.Analytics & OptimizationSet up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, and GTM tags.Analyze campaign data and generate weekly/monthly performance reports.Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and ad copies.Landing Page & Funnel ManagementWork with design/development teams to build and optimize high-converting landing pages.Ensure seamless tracking integrations and improved user experience.Budget & Growth OwnershipHandle monthly ad budgets with a focus on ROI and student acquisition.Experiment with new performance marketing strategies to scale admissions.Requirements✅ 2–4 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing.✅ Mandatory experience in EdTech industry (running campaigns for courses, admissions, or student acquisition).✅ Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads.✅ Strong knowledge of CPC, CTR, CPL, CAC, ROAS, funnel optimization.✅ Experience in landing page optimization (Unbounce, Webflow, WordPress, or similar).✅ Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics & reporting tools.Good to HaveSEO, email marketing, or CRM tools knowledge.Creative ad copywriting & content strategy skills.What We OfferCompetitive salary + performance-based incentives.Opportunity to lead the complete performance marketing function end-to-end.Work directly with the leadership team to drive admissions growth.Fast-paced, high-impact work environment in one of India’s top EdTech brands.
