Role Overview:

As the Corporate Relations Head, you will be responsible for building strong hiring partnerships with companies and ensuring consistent placement and internship outcomes for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with hiring managers, HRs, and industry leaders.
• Organize recruitment drives, internship tie-ups, and MoUs with tech/finance/HR companies.
• Conduct monthly calls with partner companies to assess hiring needs.
• Maintain and grow a structured CRM of 300+ HR contacts.
• Collaborate with internal training and placement teams to ensure students are job-ready.
• Track placement metrics and ensure monthly student hiring goals are met.
• Showcase recruiter testimonials, success stories, and placement wins on LinkedIn and company pages.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in B2B or corporate relations (preferably in EdTech or HR services)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong LinkedIn presence and HR network is a plus
• Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate (Hybrid/Onsite)
