Role Overview

We are looking for a Full-Time Performance Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms
• Optimize campaigns for leads, conversions, ROAS, and CAC
• Monitor daily performance, budgets, and KPIs
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, and audiences
• Work closely with content, design, and video teams for ad creatives
• Prepare performance reports and insights for internal and client use
• Stay updated with ad platform trends and algorithm changes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools
• Strong understanding of funnels, audience targeting, and retargeting
• Experience with lead generation, e-commerce, or local business ads
• Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

• Experience working in an agency environment
• Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and GA4
• Experience scaling budgets and managing multiple accounts
