Performance Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Performance Manager to oversee comprehensive HR operations and strengthen overall organizational performance. This on-site role in Irumbuppalam, Kollam, requires a strategic professional who can align HR functions with business goals, with a key focus on enhancing sales team productivity. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence through effective people management, compliance, and performance-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement performance management frameworks to enhance sales efficiency and achieve organizational targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and employee exits.
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, labor laws) and assist with audits and documentation.
• Oversee HRMS operations including payroll processing, attendance, and employee records.
• Partner with sales managers to identify performance gaps and execute targeted improvement strategies.
• Plan and deliver training and development programs to build skills, boost motivation, and improve team performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 1 year in performance management or productivity improvement.
• Proficient in Excel, HRMS platforms, and statutory compliance processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in or able to commute daily to Irumbuppalam, Kollam.
• Knowledge of Kerala labor laws and local HR practices is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
