Biofrost is revolutionizing the Indian pain relief market by introducing scientifically backed Cold Therapy principles to a segment traditionally dominated by heat-based products. We are a dynamic, data-driven FMCG brand on a mission to help Indians recover better and move faster.

We are seeking a Performance Brand Manager to be the chief growth driver. You are a highly analytical, data-obsessed marketer who views every marketing activity as a test aimed at maximizing profits. You will own the digital P&L, ensuring high ROAS while maintaining a premium brand experience.

The Role: Driving Growth Through Data

You will be the architect of our customer acquisition strategy. Your primary focus is on efficient user acquisition and conversion across all digital touchpoints. The secondary focus is to provide crucial data and inventory support to the Operations team to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Performance Ownership (80% Focus)

  • Budget & Bidding: Own the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Shopping, Display), and key Indian Marketplaces (Amazon PPC).
  • KPI Management: Relentlessly track and optimize key metrics, including ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and LTV (Lifetime Value).
  • Experimentation: Design and execute rigorous A/B tests on ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign structures to constantly improve conversion rates and lower acquisition costs.
  • Funnel Optimization: Analyze the entire customer journey, from ad click to final purchase, and collaborate with tech teams to optimize site speed and checkout flow.

2. Performance Brand Execution

  • Creative Translation: Work closely with the Content Manager to translate the benefits of Cold Therapy into high-converting ad copy and creatives that resonate with the Indian consumer (e.g., specific pain points, Hinglish messaging).
  • Landing Page Strategy: Ensure all campaign landing pages are optimized for the specific ad messaging and maintain a strong Biofrost brand voice and aesthetic.

3. Operations Assistance (20% Focus)

  • Inventory Oversight: Monitor marketing projections against current stock levels. Immediately flag potential stock-outs to the Operations Manager to prevent ad spend wastage during high-demand periods.
  • Marketplace Data Integrity: Assist the Operations team by ensuring that product listings, pricing, and promotional data are accurately reflected across Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit/Zepto) before campaigns launch.
  • Logistics Feedback: Analyze delivery reports (RTO rates, transit times) and provide feedback to the marketing team to segment audiences based on pin code performance and reduce operational expenses driven by poor fulfillment.

What You Need to Win

  • Experience: 3-5 years managing significant digital marketing budgets (ideally ₹50L+ annually) for a D2C/FMCG brand in India.
  • Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
  • Analytical Acumen: Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and creating custom dashboards to track performance against the budget.
  • The Growth Mindset: You are highly organized, process-driven, and possess an inherent curiosity to test new platforms and strategies to find scalable growth.
