The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance management and analysis, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement performance management systems to drive business growth and improvement
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing insights to stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that align with business objectives
Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee performance and productivity
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of performance management processes, making recommendations for improvement
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization

Job Requirements

Proven experience in performance management, analysis, and reporting, with a minimum of years of experience
Strong understanding of performance management principles, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and evaluation methods
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with diverse stakeholders
Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs tailored to various audiences
Strong knowledge of performance management tools and technologies, with proficiency in data analysis software
