As a member of the HR Operations team at Ninjacart, your role will involve ensuring that HR processes and practices are compliant with local labor laws and company policies. You will support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate records and providing required documentation. Additionally, you will assist in administering employee benefits, including health insurance, leave management, and wellness perks. Your responsibilities will also include preparing and generating regular HR reports such as headcount, attrition, turnover rate, and new joiner/exits data. You will track key HR metrics and KPIs to identify trends and suggest improvements in processes and policies. Managing employee documentation such as offer letters, contracts, NDAs, and benefits enrollment forms will be part of your daily tasks. Furthermore, you will handle the onboarding processes, including creating and deactivating user accounts in internal systems and databases (Darwin box). Ensuring proper access rights and system permissions are granted or revoked as part of employee lifecycle management will also be crucial. Maintaining clean, updated records in the HRIS by adding new employee details, updating existing ones, and removing records when necessary is essential for this role. To join the Ninja Clan at Ninjacart, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Masters degree or HR certification is a plus. Having 2-4 years of experience in HR Operations is required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization, are essential. An analytical mindset, with experience using HR data and metrics to guide decision-making, will also be beneficial. Knowledge of Darwin box is a plus for this role.
