Role Overview: As a valuable member of the team, you will be responsible for monitoring the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding and offboarding. You will ensure that defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met for third-party resources. Your role will also involve providing robust reporting and analytical support to internal teams and managing HR data requests from various stakeholders. Additionally, you will perform general administration duties and engage in ad-hoc project work.
