Assist with the talent fulfilment process Scheduling interviews, conducting background and reference checks, generating offer letters & employment contracts for new hires and maintaining personal files/ folders for employees.
Responsible for planning and ensuring systematic onboarding and induction for new hires.
Maintain data in SAP pertaining to employee life cycle such as new hires, terminations, promotions, pay changes, benefit changes following data entry standards.
Administer the exit clearance process and ensure all required clearances are obtained by the exiting employee. Ensure final settlement is done within standard agreed timeline.
Actively involved in leave management process and benefits administration.
Maintain employee data and provide accurate, timely inputs for payroll processing
Coordinate with the compliance vendor for necessary compliances across various office locations.
Support documentation and records for statutory compliance; assist during audits and inspections handled by external consultants.
Participate in ad-hoc projects if needed.
