We at Beebom are looking for a dynamic and people-focused People Experience & Engagement Specialist to help us build a workplace that’s vibrant, inclusive, and aligned with our shared vision. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind employee engagement, from leading full employee lifecycle experiences to celebrating milestones and hosting team events. You’ll play a key role in ensuring teams stay connected, motivated, and aligned as we continue to grow together.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, learning & development, or internal communication
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – clear, confident, and people-friendly
  • A naturally vocal and energetic personality who can rally people and drive participation
  • Strong sense of ownership, creativity, and initiative — able to ideate and execute end-to-end
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Suite, Canva, Zoom, Slack/Teams, and survey tools
  • Ability to manage multiple events and initiatives with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Bonus: Experience in public speaking, anchoring events, storytelling, or any creative presentation format

Responsibilities

  • Be the voice and face of employee engagement – plan and host fun, meaningful, and inclusive team events (virtual + in-office)
  • Drive employee initiatives such as recognition programs, birthday & anniversary celebrations, onboarding experiences, and team bonding activities
  • Own and execute internal communication: newsletters, emailers, celebration decks, and culture stories
  • Coordinate learning sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs with internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct pulse surveys, feedback rounds, and engagement check-ins to monitor team sentiment
  • Collaborate with HR leadership on culture initiatives, DEI programs, wellness, and internal campaigns
  • Support HR with onboarding and offboarding journeys, ensuring people feel welcomed and celebrated
