People & Culture Apprentice

Role Purpose

The People & Culture Apprentice will support day-to-day HR operations and assist in delivering effective people practices aligned with organizational values. This role is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on HR exposure in the hospitality industry and who already possess basic HR experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities including screening resumes, interview coordination, and onboarding formalities
• Support employee documentation, personal files, and HR records management
• Assist in payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and compliance documentation
• Coordinate induction programs and employee engagement initiatives
• Support training programs, learning calendars, and training records
• Assist in handling employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
• Support statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.) under supervision
• Assist in HR audits and internal reporting as required

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum 4 months of prior experience in Human Resources is mandatory

  (internship/apprenticeship/full-time experience acceptable)
• Graduate or pursuing graduation/post-graduation in HR, Management, or related field
• Basic knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and documentation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic HR systems
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic hospitality environment
