As a Senior HR Transformation Consultant at EY, you will play a crucial role in leading initiatives focused on enhancing organizational effectiveness and aligning workforce capabilities with business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement target operating models and future state organization designs. - Develop job family architecture and optimize workforce structure through job analysis and evaluation. - Drive manpower planning and strategic workforce planning initiatives. - Support clients in physical return-to-work strategies and workforce reimagining efforts. - Design and implement competency management frameworks and performance management systems. - Enhance employee engagement through career frameworks and psychometric assessments. - Lead talent assessment initiatives, develop leadership development, and succession planning programs. - Provide Day 1 readiness support and post-merger integration services for transactions. - Offer PMO support for transaction-related projects, ensuring alignment with organizational culture and change management practices. - Advise on country compliance consultations and develop cost modeling strategies for transactions. Qualification Required: To succeed in this role, you must have: - Strong expertise in organization design, target operating model design, and job family architecture. - Proficiency in strategic workforce planning, talent management, competency management, and performance management. - Experience in transaction support, including post-merger integration and Day 1 readiness. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders. - Proven project management skills in managing complex projects.
