Job Description

🔹 We’re Hiring: People & Program Operations Coordinator (Pune)

hands-on People & Program Operations Coordinator

execution-heavy role

🔹 What you’ll be responsible for

A. Recruitment & Onboarding (Core Responsibility)

  • Source and screen candidates for roles across:
  • marketing
  • sales
  • operations
  • trainers (contractual)
  • Post jobs on free & paid platforms, referrals, and networks
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups
  • Handle onboarding, offer letters, contracts, and joining formalities
  • Maintain a live hiring & onboarding tracker

B. Training & Program Operations

  • Support execution of

    workshops, training programs, and corporate sessions

  • Prepare and maintain:
  • participant handbooks
  • learning resources
  • PDFs / training documents
  • Coordinate with trainers on schedules, content inputs, and deliverables
  • Manage batch-level documentation and reporting

C. HR & Documentation Operations

  • Maintain HR records, contracts, and documentation
  • Support attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination
  • Ensure documentation is organised, updated, and accessible

D. Coordination & Follow-ups

  • Regular follow-ups with candidates, trainers, and internal stakeholders
  • Close loops instead of dropping conversations
  • Maintain trackers, MIS, and reports (Google Sheets / Excel)

  • ❌ Not a recruitment-sales / target-only role
  • ❌ Not a policy, culture, or strategy role

🔹 Compensation

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

(based on experience & execution ability)
