As a data-driven and detail-oriented HR Analyst at Entrata, you will be responsible for analyzing HR data, generating reports, and supporting workforce planning initiatives to optimize talent management and decision-making processes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Analyzing HR data from multiple sources, including HRMS and Ascent Leave Management System. - Creating and maintaining dashboards, reports, and workforce metrics to provide actionable insights on DOMO. - Tracking and reporting on headcount, attrition, hiring trends, leave management, and employee engagement. - Ensuring data accuracy and integrity across HR platforms. - Utilizing the Ascent Leave Management System for accurate leave tracking and reporting. - Identifying automation opportunities to improve HR data collection and reporting processes. - Collaborating with HR and business leaders to provide data-driven recommendations. - Supporting HR policy development by providing analytical insights on workforce trends. - Ensuring HR data compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. - Staying updated on HR technology trends and industry best practices to enhance HR analytics capabilities. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. - 5-8 years of experience in HR analytics, HRMS systems, and workforce reporting. - Hands-on experience with DOMO. - Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, and data visualization tools. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
