Lead System Architect – Pega LSA (On-site, India)

About the Opportunity
A fast-growing IT services and BPM/Digital Transformation provider delivering enterprise workflow, case management, and customer journey automation solutions for large-scale clients. We build mission-critical Pega applications that drive operational efficiency, compliance, and superior customer experiences across BFSI, insurance, and telecom sectors.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and delivery of end-to-end Pega solutions across analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Translate complex business requirements into Pega design artifacts — case types, flows, UI, data pages, and decision strategies — ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Design and govern integrations using REST/SOAP, connectors, services, and data mapping; ensure optimal data modeling and performance tuning.
• Define and enforce Pega guardrails, coding standards, best practices, and reusable component libraries to improve delivery velocity and quality.
• Mentor and lead development teams: conduct design reviews, code reviews, technical onboarding, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Collaborate with product, testing, and operations teams to define CI/CD pipelines, release strategies, and production incident resolution processes.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Pega LSA certification (Lead System Architect)
• Proven experience implementing enterprise Pega solutions and delivering full SDLC projects
• Hands-on expertise with Pega case management, rule resolution, and performance tuning
• Strong experience with Pega integrations (REST/SOAP, connectors) and data pages
• Practical knowledge of Java and SQL for integration and troubleshooting
• Experience leading technical teams and conducting architecture/design reviews

Preferred

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and Pega cloud deployments
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Exposure to front-end frameworks (Angular or React) for Pega UI customizations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹6,000,000.00 per year
