Join us in our pursuit of excellence as a Pediatric Registrar. Role Responsibilities Evaluate and manage the health and development of pediatric patients. Conduct patient assessments and document medical histories. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Collaborate with pediatricians and healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care. Perform routine physical examinations and monitor patient progress. Assist in emergency procedures and provide critical care when necessary. Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding diagnoses and treatment options. Educate patients and caregivers about healthcare practices and prevention strategies. Maintain accurate and confidential medical records according to regulations. Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary meetings. Support research and clinical trials to enhance pediatric healthcare. Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities. Adhere to all hospital protocols and policies regarding patient care. Assist in the supervision and training of junior staff or interns. Respond promptly to patient inquiries and manage patient flow efficiently. Qualifications MD from a recognized institution. Completion of an internship in pediatrics or a related field. Registration with the Medical Council of India. Strong understanding of pediatric diseases and treatment modalities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Proficient in conducting physical exams and interpreting diagnostic tests. Exemplary time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Competence in emergency pediatrics and critical thinking. Keen attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Commitment to ethical clinical practices and patient confidentiality. Willingness to engage in ongoing education and professional growth. Proficient in using electronic health record systems. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively. Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
