Job Description

Electrical Systems Management

  • Supervise installation, operation, and maintenance of PCC, MCC, and LT/HT panels.
  • Monitor and maintain power distribution systems, transformers, breakers, generators, UPS, and DG sets.
  • Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electrical faults in production or utility areas.
  • Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance for electrical assets.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure electrical systems meet GMP, GEP, and EHS standards.
  • Maintain electrical documentation (SOPs, IQ/OQ/PQ, calibration reports, deviation reports).
  • Coordinate with QA, production, and validation teams for audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
  • Support energy audits and sustainability initiatives.

Team Supervision & Safety

  • Supervise electricians/technicians and external vendors during maintenance and installation.
  • Ensure adherence to electrical safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and fire protection norms.
  • Schedule and oversee thermography, earth pit testing, and energy monitoring.

Project & Utility Support

  • Participate in CAPEX project planning, panel upgrades, plant expansions, and cleanroom infrastructure.
  • Assist in electrical layout design reviews and load calculations for HVAC, production, and packaging lines.
  • Coordinate with panel manufacturers and OEMs for PCC/MCC designs and FAT/SAT testing.

Qualification & Experience:

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Diploma holders with strong experience may be considered)
  • 5–10 years of experience in electrical engineering within a regulated pharmaceutical, biotech, or chemical plant.

Prior experience managing PCC/MCC panels, utilities, and GMP-compliant systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • PCC: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Utility locating: 5 years (Preferred)
