Payroll Specialist

Role & responsibilities

Collecting payroll inputs, calculating, and syncing/updating data in the system.

• Payroll Specialist will be responsible for Processing End to End Payroll for 10000-12000 employees | Full

& Final Settlement | Perform Maker Checker | Taxation Validation | TDS Return Preparation and

submission | Compliances Validation e.g. PF | ESIC | Professional Tax and Labor Welfare fund within an

agreed SLAs.

• Ensuring timelines are met for salary processing/disbursement and statutory compliances.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Advance Excel)
• Record keeping for TDS Challans | Acknowledgements | Proofs (if any)
• Proficient with payroll Applications MS / Any Other Payroll Application) / Technical Mindse
