Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Payroll Specialist located in Somajiguda. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes, including payroll administration, processing, and tax compliance. Additional responsibilities include handling garnishments, ensuring accuracy in payroll services, maintaining employee records, and providing timely support to employees and management on payroll-related queries. The role ensures compliance with local regulations and company policies while delivering a seamless payroll experience.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Payroll Administration, including maintaining payroll records and systems
Experience with Payroll Processing and ensuring accuracy in calculations
Knowledge of Payroll Taxes and compliance with local and federal tax regulations
Familiarity with managing Garnishments and preparing related documentation
Strong understanding of Payroll Services and providing effective employee support
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
Experience with payroll software; proficiency with tools like Excel is a plus
