Role Overview: You will be responsible for data management, preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders, and handling salary structures. Your proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, will be crucial for success in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Work extensively on data management - Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders - Utilize excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint - Prepare salary structures - Demonstrate good written communication skills Qualification Required: - Must be a graduate - Excellent skills in Advanced Excel functions like Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Formulas, and Functions are essential Please note: - Total work experience required is 2+ years - Offered CTC ranges from 2.5L to 4L - Immediate joiner or maximum 15 days to one month notice period is preferred.
