Payroll Officer

Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced *Payroll Executive* to manage and oversee all aspects of payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have at least *5 years of experience in payroll management*, with strong knowledge of statutory compliances, employee benefits, and salary disbursement processes. Key Responsibilities * Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. * Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, overtime, incentives, and reimbursements. * Handle statutory compliances such as *PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS, and Gratuity*. * Maintain and update employee payroll records in HRMS/ERP systems. * Prepare monthly payroll reports, reconciliation statements, and MIS reports for management. * Coordinate with HR and Accounts departments for smooth payroll operations. * Address payroll-related queries from employees and provide timely resolutions. * Stay updated with the latest payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum *5 years of experience* in payroll management (preferably in manufacturing/textile sector). * Strong knowledge of Indian payroll regulations and statutory compliances. * Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll/HRMS software. * High attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Salary ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
