Payroll Management: •
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time. • Collect and verify attendance data, leave records, and overtime details. • Maintain employee records related to compensation and deductions. • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.). • Prepare payroll reports and coordinate with finance for disbursement. • Address and resolve payroll-related queries from employees. • Manage full and final settlement for exiting employees.
