Job Description

Job Title – Payroll Manager Desired Work Experience – 15 Years Location – Hyderabad (Begumpet) Industry – IT Services & Consulting Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees (monthly/biweekly). Ensure timely and accurate salary payments, deductions, and tax calculations. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll laws and regulations. Prepare and file statutory returns (e.g., PF, ESI, TDS in India or FICA, FUTA in the US). Generate payroll reports for management and audit purposes. Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate payroll records, employee master data, and compensation structures. Handle onboarding and exit formalities from a payroll perspective. Systems & Automation: Work with HRMS or payroll software (e.g., ADP, SAP, Workday). Coordinate with the IT department to maintain payroll systems and data security. Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with HR, finance, and IT departments. Resolve employee payroll queries efficiently.
