Payroll Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to join our team in Nashik. The ideal

candidate should have a strong understanding of payroll processes, statutory compliances, and employee Enggagement Activity

Key Responsibilities

• Handle monthly payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.

• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, MLWF, and other applicable

labor laws.

• Maintain and update employee records, salary structures, and statutory registers.

• Coordinate with finance for salary disbursements and reconciliations.

• Manage employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and day-to-day HR operations.

• Assist in office administration and general HR functions.

• Ensure timely submissions of returns and forms under various labor laws.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 3-7 years of experience in HR, especially in Payroll and Statutory Compliances.

• Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, MLWF, and labor laws

• Proficient in MS Excel and payroll software.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.

Education:

MBA – In Human Resource or Related field

Experience:

Minimum 3-7 years of experience in HR, especially in Payroll and Statutory Compliances.
