Payroll Executive

Job Title: Payroll Executive (Female)

Location: Gopalbari, Jaipur
Salary: Up to ₹24,000 per month
Industry: Payroll Consultancy

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients.
• Maintain employee data, attendance records, and salary structures.
• Prepare & verify salary sheets, PF, ESI, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Handle reconciliations, full & final settlements, and leave calculations.
• Generate payroll reports and MIS using Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, etc.).
• Ensure timely salary disbursement and statutory filing.
• Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, and compliance.

Requirements

• Female candidate (preferred).
• Graduate in Commerce/HR/Finance or related field.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel is a must.
• 1–3 years of experience in payroll processing (consultancy experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, and Labour Laws.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential data with integrity.
