This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ludhiana for a Payroll & Benefits Administrator. The Payroll & Benefits Administrator will handle payroll administration, manage employee benefits programs, and oversee garnishments. Responsibilities include ensuring administering benefits plans, and providing support for employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.

Responsibilities: -

Process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and within deadlines.
Maintain payroll records including attendance, leaves, deductions, and benefits
Handle statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.)
Generate payslips and resolve employee queries regarding payroll
Prepare and submit payroll reports to management
Coordinate with HR and accounts for new joiners, exits, and salary revisions
Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies

Qualification: -

Minimum Graduation.
Experience in Payroll Administration and Benefits Administration
Strong understanding of Employee Benefits management
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
