This role is critical in ensuring a smooth, stress-free patient experience from the moment they walk in — through coordination, care, and clear communication.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact at the

  reception/front desk

  — warmly welcoming and guiding patients.
• Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and doctor availability to ensure minimal patient wait time.
• Handle

  TPA and insurance billing

  , documentation, and pre-authorization processes efficiently.
• Understand patient needs, address concerns with empathy, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of patient visits, insurance claims, and billing.
• Liaise with doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and third-party providers (TPA/insurance).
• Maintain a professional, well-organized, and patient-friendly reception area.

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience

  in patient coordination, hospital billing, or front office management.
• Proven experience with

  TPA and health insurance processes

  (documentation, pre-auth, approvals).
• Strong communication skills in Hindi, English.
• Professional appearance, polite demeanor, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of hospital software or EMR systems is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• A patient-first mindset with high emotional intelligence and empathy.
