Patient Care Coordinator

You will be working as a Patient Care Coordinator in Bardez, GOA. Your role will involve: - Answering incoming calls & emails of patients in a professional and courteous manner. - Managing and resolving patient complaints and queries related to Doctors, Hospital & services provided through various communication channels. - Assisting patients by informing them about the procedures to be followed. - Monitoring automated systems for placing collect calls and providing assistance to callers in need. - Giving priority to emergency calls and coordinating with the respective department. - Reviewing and following up on patient accounts promptly. - Entering and updating correct patient data in computer databases. - Participating in quality assurance/quality control activities. - Performing all assigned tasks and participating in Continuous Quality Improvement. - Complying with company policies, procedures, and relevant laws and regulations.
