As a care Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and overseeing the care provided to our patients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality and personalised healthcare services, contributing to the overall well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care Coordination:
• Oversee and coordinate healthcare services provided to patients.
• Ensure the delivery of personalised and high-quality care to meet patient needs.
• Call patients and help with care and best solutions.
• Reply promptly on patients queries.
• Team Management:
• Supervise and support a team of healthcare professionals.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Language Skills:
• Fluency in Hindi and English is essential for effective communication with patients and the healthcare team.

Requirements:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree.
• Communication Skills:
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, both written and verbal.
