Position: MSW / Patient Relationship & Counseling Executive Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate effectively with patients and their attendants to understand concerns, expectations, and requirements. Provide counseling and emotional support to patients and families during treatment and hospitalization. Resolve patient complaints / grievances professionally and escalate issues when required. Act as a bridge between patient, attendants, doctors, nurses, and hospital administration to ensure smooth communication. Guide patients regarding treatment process, admission, discharge, billing details, and hospital policies. Assist in planned patient care, including explaining procedures and answering queries in simple language. Support patients in insurance documentation, financial counseling, and payment-related guidance. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow ethical standards. Conduct patient satisfaction surveys and report feedback to management. Coordinate discharge planning, follow-up calls, and patient relationship programs. Assist the hospital in public welfare activities, awareness programs, and medical camps. Maintain proper documentation related to communication, follow-ups, and issue resolution. Qualifications & ExperienceMSW / BSW / Diploma in Medical Social Work 0–3 years experience in hospitals, clinics, diagnostics, counseling, or patient-care environment.
