Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Patient Care Coordinator. The Patient Care Coordinator will manage appointment scheduling, provide outstanding patient care, and serve as a vital communication link between patients and healthcare providers. Responsibilities include coordinating care plans, ensuring the efficient flow of information, and assisting with patient needs while maintaining professionalism and compassion. Additionally, the individual will utilize medical terminology and ensure accurate communication with both patients and medical staff.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette
• Strong Care Coordination and Patient Care skills
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Previous experience in a healthcare or patient-facing environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or relevant medical training/experience is preferred
