Job Vacancy: OT Assistant Surgical Side hr@neelkanthhospital.com 92025884588 Position: OT Assistant – Surgical Side (Laparoscopy, General Surgery, Cesarean, Ortho & ENT) Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and experienced OT Assistant (Surgical Side) to join our Operation Theatre team. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in assisting with various surgical procedures including Laparoscopic Surgeries, General Surgeries, Cesarean Sections, Orthopedic Cases, and ENT Surgeries . Key Responsibilities: Assist surgeons during surgical procedures in sterile conditions. Prepare OT table and ensure proper positioning of patients for surgery. Handle and pass surgical instruments, sutures, and materials to the surgeon during procedures. Ensure sterilization of instruments and maintenance of surgical packs. Monitor and support infection control protocols within the OT. Help in pre-operative and post-operative patient care as instructed. Maintain OT records and ensure all surgical consumables are stocked. Coordinate with surgical team, anesthetists, and nursing staff for smooth OT workflow. Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma in OT Technology or relevant field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in OT assistance (Laparoscopy, Ortho, Gynae, ENT preferred). Knowledge of surgical instruments and sterile techniques. Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail. Ability to work in a high-pressure and team-oriented environment.
