Parts Sales Executive

Role Overview: As a Parts Sale Executive, your main responsibility will be to promote and sell automotive spare parts to various customers, retail shops, workshops, and businesses. You will play a crucial role in implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, competitor activity, and identify new product opportunities. Target customer segments such as workshops, car owners, and fleet managers. - Generate leads through calls, visits, and digital platforms, while building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Handle queries related to product availability, pricing, and delivery. - Promote a wide range of spare parts including OEM, OES, imported, used, and aftermarket parts. Organize promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and trade shows. Propose discount schemes and bulk pricing to boost sales. - Stay updated with product specifications, features, and provide technical support to assist customers in selecting the right spare parts. Coordinate order processing between customers and warehouse for timely delivery. - Manage social media platforms, update e-commerce portals, and showcase products. Prepare sales and market analysis reports and collect customer feedback for continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: - Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. - Prior experience in automobile spare parts sales/marketing is advantageous. - Good knowledge of automotive systems and spare parts terminology. - Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach. - Ability to build long-term relationships, target-driven, and basic computer knowledge. - Valid driving license for field visits. Additional Company Details: The job location will primarily be at automobile spare parts companies, dealerships, workshops, or independent spare parts retail shops.
