Job Description

As a Parts Sales Executive, your role involves promoting and selling automotive spare parts to various customer segments, retail shops, workshops, and businesses. Your key responsibilities include: - **Market Research & Analysis:** - Conducting market research to understand customer needs, market trends, competitor activity, and new product opportunities. - Identifying target customer segments such as workshops, car owners, fleet managers, etc. - **Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management:** - Generating leads through calls, visits, and digital platforms. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers. - Handling customer queries related to product availability, pricing, and delivery. - **Sales & Promotion:** - Promoting a variety of spare parts including OEM, OES, imported, used, and aftermarket parts. - Organizing and participating in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and trade shows. - Proposing discount schemes, offers, and bulk pricing to drive sales. - **Product Knowledge & Technical Support:** - Staying updated with product specifications, features, and compatibility. - Providing technical support and advice on spare part selection. - Working closely with service and technical teams to assist customers. - **Order Processing & Coordination:** - Coordinating between customers and warehouse for timely delivery. - Ensuring accurate processing of orders, quotations, and invoicing. - Following up on pending orders, returns, and warranty claims. - **Digital Marketing (Optional):** - Managing social media platforms to showcase products and promotions. - Updating e-commerce portals or spare parts websites with product listings and offers. - **Reporting & Feedback:** - Preparing regular sales and market analysis reports. - Collecting customer feedback and sharing it with the product or management teams for improvement. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. - Prior experience in automobile spare parts sales/marketing is a plus. - Good knowledge of automotive systems and spare parts terminology. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Target-driven, customer-focused, and ability to build long-term relationships. - Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email). - Valid driving license (for field visits). The job location for this position is in automobile spare parts companies, dealerships, workshops, or independent spare parts retail shops. This is a full-time, permanent role with benefits including Provident Fund.,
