Partnerships & Sales Executive (Sports Startup)

This is a field-based role with performance-linked incentives. Fixed salary is limited.

Roles & Responsibilities

Partnerships & Tie-ups

• Identify and onboard sports academies, turf owners, coaches, and sports complexes in Jaipur
  
• Pitch the Easysportspass platform and close onboarding partnerships
  
• Ensure partners are successfully listed and active on the platform
  

Sales & Revenue Generation

• Sell sports subscriptions and packages to customers
  
• Achieve monthly onboarding and revenue targets
  
• Convert leads, walk-ins, and referrals into paying customers
  

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with sports partners
  
• Coordinate with partners to ensure smooth operations
  
• Gather feedback from partners and users to improve services
  

On-Ground Execution

• Conduct field visits, meetings, and demos at sports venues
  
• Represent the company at sports events and local activities
  
• Work closely with founders to support city-level growth initiatives
  

Desired Candidate Profile

Mandatory Skills

• 02 years of experience in sales, business development, or field sales
  
• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
  
• Willingness to work in an on-ground, field-based role
  
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  
• Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
  

Preferred Skills

• Background in sports (player, coach, sports management)
  
• Experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or startup environment
  
• Good knowledge of Jaipur city and nearby areas
  

Education

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA / BBA / Sports Management preferred but not mandatory)
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary:

  12,000 20,000 per month

• Incentives:

• Partner onboarding incentives
  
• Revenue-based commission (10–20%)
