Office Manager & Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations.
  • Make outbound calls to generate new leads and support business development activities.
  • Handle invoicing, maintain basic accounts, and coordinate with the finance team.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Use graphic editing tools for basic marketing-related tasks.
  • Maintain and manage communication through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
  • Conduct effective web research and stay updated with new tools and technologies.
  • Assist in administrative tasks and overall office management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of accounting and invoicing processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of graphic editing tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms.
  • Good web browsing and online research capabilities.
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn new things.
